Pepperoni Pizza Sliders
This is one of those recipes you see on the internet a lot but don't ever make. Well, I decided to make them and it's the perfect non-pizza (but actually pizza) snack to bring to a party or to serve up for the kiddos. There's probably other ways to do this and you can add other toppings, but it's important to put a layer of cheese down first. You could also consider adding the buns halfway through the bake so the pepperonis can even get crispier (but keep an eye on the bottom).
