Sharing one of my favorite meal prep recipes I have ever done! Here I prepped beef barbacoa, Mexican rice, Mexican black beans, fresh pico de gallo, and fresh guacamole. This was packed with so much flavor, and I could honestly eat it on repeat. I tried my best to make each dish as authentic as possible while keeping it efficient, affordable, and high in protein!
