Oxtail Pot Pie
This oxtail pot pie is a part of my soulful sunday series — celebrating everything black & delicious. This decadent, luscious & comforting one-bowl meal is like a big hug from my nanni, my maternal grandmother. It is ✨ everything ✨ featuring a flaky crust, rich-beefy oxtails & crisp veggies. The only caveat is that this recipe requires cooked oxtails, a pretty daunting, multi-hour process. I know it's a labor of love but it's worth every minute in prep!
