Right hand to God, these cookies changed my life. They're crispy on the outside and chewy gooey on the inside. These have quickly become my go to dessert because they're super simple to make and taste 100x better than any store bought cookies. Plus, if you eat them fresh with some vanilla ice cream, I swear you'll have an out of body experience. Feel free to adjust the amount of chocolate chips to your liking.
Ingredients
0.75 cup unsalted butter (the higher the quality the better! I like Kerrygold)
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
