Probably the best macro friendly recipe I've made recently. So much flavor, and at no point do you feel like you are eating something high-protein/low calorie. To make it as low calorie as possible, remove as much cooking oil as possible.
Ingredients
16 oz salmon, skin removed and cubed
1 cup raw sushi rice, cooked and cooled
1 ear of corn (or about 1 cup frozen kernels, thawed)
