A lesser known but ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS appetiser called Bouyiourdi which is a cheesy feta dip from Thessaloniki. Usually this dip contains feta as well as a Greek cheese called Kasseri but as that’s difficult to find in the UK, I suggest using either grated gruyer or grated mozzarella.
Ingredients
1 large beef tomatoes or 2 medium ones, sliced
200 g feta, crumbled
30 g grated kasseri/ mozzarella/ gruyer
