This rose pasta with asparagus salad is fresh and summery! We start by cooking pancetta and then deglazing the pan with Rose wine. We cook shallots and garlic and toss it with Fusilli col buco pasta and parmigiana reggiano! We top it of with a asparagus salad that adds the brightness and fresh flavor! Delish!
