In Guatemala they serve chilmol for everything, grilled meat, tortilla and cheese snack, on top of corn chips etc. My recipe is influenced by strong Guatemalan women who passed down their secrets to me. I make this for my husband and he truly enjoys it! Warning ⚠️ it is a spicy recipe so you can tweak the chili pods ingredient to your heat tolerance. Enjoy
