Barbie pink is blassssting off right now, so how about a super duper hydrating and refreshing Lychee n’ Yuzu Barbie mocktail?! I just feel cute saying it👼🏻 This lil drink is JAM PACKED with healthy things for ya. Coconut water for hydration, kombucha for gut health, honey for immunity… and lychee n’ yuzu are both major power houses. 🌸🌼 The lychee look like weird little fuchsia dragon eggz, but turn a bit lack luster when ya peel them. Soooo to embrace that pinkie color I went with some hibiscus infused honey. If you don’t have hibiscus honey you can just throw about 1/2 oz of some super strongly steeped hibiscus tea. PS- I used “Passion Fruit-Tangerine” bucha. 🍊 PPS- If you want to make this a normal cocktail, I’d recommend tequila 😘
