If you like blueberry muffins, you're going to love this loaf! All you need are a handful of ingredients, including your favorite plant based protein powder and a mixing bowl. I topped mine with a lemon icing as well... it's so yummy :)

Ingredients

0.75 cup plain yogurt (I used a dairy free one)
0.75 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
