Recipe designed for the Ninja wood-fired pizza oven to simulate a wood oven bake though no smoke pellets as seasoned oven has enough residual to give that real wood baked bread. If you use pellets burn them in an empty over to allow the smoke to totally subside before baking the bread or it maybe too intense. If you want to try adding wholemeal to the recipe swap 100g of white flour for 100g wholemeal flour.
