Sicilian Pizza, aka, "squares." Thick, but airy and fluffy. Well-done, crunchy crust. Baked in a square or rectangular pan with tall edges. I prefer Lloyd's Pans but you can search online. This is a recipe for a 11x14 or 12x12 pan.
