Papa Asada
This Grilled Potato with Carne Asada is popular in Mexico, mainly in the North, where you can find Asadores (grill restaurants); there are many States with Asadores, and every region makes its carne asada differently. This papa asada is also made differently everywhere. Where I'm from, they serve this with grilled tostadas (tortillas on the grill until hard and crispy), pico de gallo, and spicy salsa verde. It is also called Papa gigante but is not a huge potato; most times, it is a few potatoes, as i show in the video. I served the potatoes in a foil boat as they normally do.
