Lightly Sweetened Nut and Seed Granola 2
I think my life was forever changed when I tried Trader Joe’s all nut granola. *that’s an exaggeration… but you get what I’m saying” The thing is, while I do love some store bought granolas, they’re often WAY too sweet for my liking and packed with stuff I don't often eat (like oats). This one is lightly sweetened with some maple syrup. It’s perfect on yogurt, a smoothie bowl, cottage cheese, or even in a bowl with some milk and fruit. And did I mention just as a plain ol’ mid day snack??? This recipe is great because you can mix and match nuts and seeds to your liking. Just stick to the general ratios and you're good to go!
