Unos dicen que se originó en Argentina y otros en Uruguay pero cada país sudamericano tiene su estilo y personalidad. Mi chimichurri no es tradicional pero cuando lo pruebes te encantara ! Es una de mis salsas madre frías; pues agregarle a tu mayonsa y crear una mayonesa con chimichurri increíble o marinar pescados o mariscos, Perfecto encima de carne a la parrilla o simplemente con arroz blanco! [This is one of my favorite sauces due to its simplicity and versatility, it's a vegan sauce that is perfect with meats, in short, everyone can enjoy it. Some say it originated in Argentina and others in Uruguay but each South American country has its own style and personality. My chimichurri is not traditional but when you try it you will love it! It's one of my cold mother sauces; you can add it to your mayonnaise and create an incredible chimichurri mayonnaise or marinate fish or seafood, perfect on top of grilled meat or simply with white rice!]
