This is a fudgy, cake-style cookie pizza with crisp edges and a soft centre. What I enjoy most is the contrast in texture, along with the caramelised bits of white and milk chocolate that develop as it bakes. The whipped cream and strawberries help balance the richness and add some freshness on top. Strawberries work especially well here, though bananas would also make a great variation.
