When I think of Hanukkah food the first thing that comes to mind is always Potato Latkes. Pairing them with the classic sour cream topping on challah with the addition of @springcreekquail eggs makes an incredible sandwich. Amazingly crunchy and deliciously rich from those quail eggs, perfect for Hanukkah.
