El Pollo de las Polleras en Venezuela es para mi el mejor, ese toque de las brasas y el mojo de ajo lo hacen único. Mi pollo lo marine por 24 horas, lo cocine en la brasa de mi parrilla y pinte con bastante mojo de ajo. Si no tienes parrilla tambien lo puedes hacer en un horno de casa a 425°F (220°C) de 50 a 65 minutos.
