These stuffed tortillas are basically what you would get if tacos and French toast had a baby; kind of like French toast tacos. I made a sweet lemon basil cream cheese filling for the taco shells, put the stuffed shells in some beaten egg with cream, cooked it all in butter, and it was a delicious outcome.
