Well, I’m here to let you know that we were terribly mistaken. You will be brutally humbled with this recipe because a Sanrio themed Dalgona candy is not for the weak. However, a sweet treat after a loss seems like a fair trade. The honeycomb toffee known as Dalgona is made by mixing melted caramelized sugar with baking soda.
