Mochiko Chicken is one of my favorite comfort foods and is hard to find in the mainland. Frying it in @epicbar Beef Tallow adds extra richness and depth of flavor. I love that it’s made with 100% grass-fed beef and is perfect for high-heat cooking. It gives the chicken that golden, crispy finish that’s hard to beat. You have to give this dish a try!
