Esta idea la vi hace mucho tiempo en el perfil de Guido de @laparradedios y siempre me quedo pendiente probarla. Le di algunos toques personales y salió esta bomba que adentro de dos pancitos es magia pura. Para la cocción, tanto en hornalla como en parrilla, es clave tener una buena plancha como esta que estoy usando yo, de @la_planchetta , que te da una cocción fuerte y pareja, como debe ser para esta receta (y muchas más). Hace esta entradita para el próximo asado o juntada en tu casa y te aseguro que todos la van a amar.
