There’s nothing quite like a bowl of fresh pasta. But there is also nothing like a bowl of fresh, runny egg yolk stuffed ravioli! In this recipe I made some home made pasta sheets and stuffed them not only with a runny egg, but an incredibly delicious ricotta, spinach mixture! On their own, they would be delicious, but coupled with a pancetta white wine sauce, they're even better!
