I had some leftover hotdogs from my Korean corn dog video so HAD to make a chili and some fresh hotdog buns to build the ultimate chili dog. Topped with cheese, jalapenos, sour cream and crispy onions. This chili is PERFECT one for hotdogs, but can also be used really well as a main, served with rice. See notes below for bulking it out with kidney beans for a more substantial meal.
