Korean Hand Pulled Pasta Soup Soojaebee
Episode 4/5 of the Cozy Korean Plates series, I bring you Soojaebee which is a hearty soup made with hand-pullled wheat pasta, potatoes and other vegetables in a clear broth. It's often enjoyed on rainy days in Korea as it is the perfect kind of nourishing and warming meal for such occasion. The soup comes together quickly even though the pasta is made from scratch as it is hand-pulled and not shaped with any tool. It has a nice smooth texture on the outside and slightly chewy bite on the inside that's satisfying. Let's make it together.
