I’ve been obsessed with this sandwich recently so you know I had to share. What makes this sandwich so ideal is how quick it comes together. Usually it takes like 10 minutes to make, then I wrap the sandwich and clean up while it steams in the foil. I did it on a griddle but any cast iron or nonstick pan will work too.
