how-to-make-duck-prosciutto

As a Jew, I've never had prosciutto because eating pork goes against our dietary law. Enter duck prosciutto! All you need is some salt and time, and that's IT. Make this and serve it on charcuterie boards, in sandwiches, or if you're crazy as I am, turn it into a duck prosciutto–which I recently learned that Jews in Italy have actually been making for hundreds of years.
