This is my take on the abysmal marshmallow and sweet potato casserole. The fact that this Thanksgiving dish hasn't gotten a makeover yet is beyond me. Don't get me wrong, the original is good. I mean, what's not to like its sweet potato and marshmallow but it's not something I'd feel comfortable serving my guests. This version is elevated, elegant and thoughtful.
