You’ll be sitting down enjoying a protein packed, delicious meal in no time. 😎 You know I love subbing ground Bison for Ground Beef to feel fancy. 👸🏼 And I reallllly didn’t want to make you use a bajillion different types of sauces and liquids to develop a sauce so we make it easy with some Bachans Original Japanese BBQ Sauce and Molasses. I topped mine with pickled radish, but that part is sorta a choose your own adventure thing. 🩷 Beef/bison wraps typically have pickled ginger on top, but I wanted to do something a little different (and I had these beaaaautiful pickled radishes from my local farmers market). 🫚 So use whatever pickled or fermented veg you have! It’ll all be deeeelicious!! Some options include: ✨Kimchi ✨Sauerkraut ✨Pickled ginger ✨Spicy pickles
