konky's-tagine-spice-blend

A conical-shaped cooking vessel called the tagine, comes from North Africa. Tagine is also known for the unique combination of spices, meats, and vegetables that come together in the most exotic and flavor-rich dishes. Folks closest to me know that I am quite enamored with the flavor profiles of other countries. The aroma from all of the fresh ingredients and spices coming together to make these beautiful dishes is difficult to resist. Instead of purchasing a convenience spice packet, I chose to create my own. This works extremely well with proteins, grains, and vegetables. It is very easy to make and you can find everything locally!
