This tuna tartare was super simple to make and is a pretty fancy appetizer. The textures and flavors really worked well together! The salty notes form the soy saiuce, contrasted form the citrus taste form the fresh yuzu. Topped with crispy garlic chips and puffed forbidden black rice. This was absokutely delicious!
