This is a healthier version of one of my favorite take-out dishes! I air fried the chicken and was honestly impressed with how crispy it turned out. I also used less breading on the chicken and less sugar in the sauce compared to traditional recipes. I love the savory and fresh flavors, and I served it with rice cooked in chicken bone broth for more protein. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless and skinless chicken thigh, cut into 1โ€x1โ€ pieces
2 cups medium sized broccoli florets
0.75 cup cornstarch
