Its not everyday that I make something that is somewhat healthy. Today is that day. Let me present to you a rainbow buddha bowl not only consisting of delicious flavors, but also delicious textures. In this recipe I make grains, vegetables, rice, chicken, and an incredible avocado based sauce. Eaten separately these items are great, but when combining them in a bowl and eaten all together it's even better.
