provolone-and-sriracha-mayo-beef-sandwich

We started off with the intention of making a chopped cheese but then it didn't really end that way cuz we used Sriracha mayo as our condiment and provolone instead of American cheese and I didn't have sliced tomatos or lettuce so not really sure what to call it besides delicious 😋 Will Def be hitting up the grocery store to get the ingredients for a Chopped cheese soon!
