Una de mis formas favoritas de comer este manjar, si es tu primera vez viendo esta receta por el nombre podrás imaginar que es parecido al ceviche de pescado pero no tiene nada que ver, sin embargo, los ingredientes son muy parecidos y el perfil de sabores con acidez y toque picante lo hacen muy especial ! Buenazo ! [One of my favorite ways to eat this delicacy, if it's your first time seeing this recipe by the name you might imagine that it's similar to fish ceviche but it has nothing to do with it, however, the ingredients are very similar and the flavor profile with acidity and a spicy touch make it very special! Delicious!]
