Buenazo ! [One of my favorite ways to eat this delicacy, if it's your first time seeing this recipe by the name you might imagine that it's similar to fish ceviche but it has nothing to do with it, however, the ingredients are very similar and the flavor profile with acidity and a spicy touch make it very special!
