Spicy Tunacado
Took a stab at recreating the viral @joeandthejuice tunacado with a few additions. My version uses thinly sliced sourdough, two heaping tablespoons of whipped tuna (recipe below), 1/2 an avocado, sliced tomato, crispy chili oil and a thin pesto vinaigrette (recipe below).
