Aloha, folks! This is such a fun dish. It does take a while to make, but it's great for dinner, lunch, and appetizers for parties. You can use pre-made cheese sauce or make your own (which is very worth it). You can also make it vegan or use any protein if you don't like beef.
Ingredients
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of all purpose flour
1 c of whole milk (or any milk you prefer just make sure it’s not soy, almond, cashew, etc.)
