Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich
How many ways can one make fried chicken? The answer is ENDLESS!!! In this recipe I use chicken thighs to make a sandwich, that is in between a buttermilk biscuit. To take the flavors up a notch, I glazed the chicken in spicy honey butter, and made a honey dijon mayo as the sauce for the sandwich. This sandwich also has pickles, for some tardiness and some crunch, and if you make it, will stop you in your tracks with total deliciousness!
