Spicy Soy Apricot Dumpling Sauce
If it is not going to be all about dumplings, stir-fry, fried rice, or marinades, it's gonna be dumpling sauce. Yes, everyone loves a good dipping sauce. It doesnt matter if it is chicken tenders, fresh fries, or dumplings, that sauce has to be delicious! This particular dumpling sauce is made with some local New Hampshire ingredients that were purchased from the NH Made in New Hampshire Expo. If you are into raw honey, I highly recommend Mad Russian Apothecary out of Derry, NH. I purchased some of their honey offerings at this recently held Expo and immediately went to work! This is gluten-free, dairy-free sauce. If you have a sesame allergy, simply omit the sesame oil.
