MAMA MIAAA! Move over fettuccini alla vodka, we have a new bestie in town and her name is GIN. Sure you can use vodka, but that's boring. This is everything you LIVE LAUGH LOVE about the tradish version, but like way cooler cuz gin. So basically the stand alone recipe here is the GIN SAUCE, but I paired this with my homemade fettuccini, pesto sauce, and blackened chicken. I'll be tagging the fettuccini and pesto recipes below and will outline how I made the blackened chicken.
