One of my all time favourite steak dishes is au poivre this peppercorn-crusted steak that's seared and smothered in a creamy cognac or whisky and green peppercorn sauce.
Ingredients
2 12 oz Sirloin steaks
2 tbsp fresh crushed black peppercorns.
1 teaspoons fresh ground salt
