Cooking up a New York strip steak for dinner and serving it with some fries cooked in the air fryer! Using the cast iron skillet is my favorite method for cooking a steak. I prefer my steaks medium rare, and I try to pull them off the heat at 120F. I rest them for at least 10 minutes, and the carryover heat takes them to a perfect 125F. Enjoy!
