Shakshuka is one of my favourite dishes of all time, especially to make on a Saturday, and it’s one that I enjoyed whilst being plant-based using this recipe I’ve made 1000 times. This is a great recipe for the whole family, and obviously you can make it whichever way you want, but the base is identical making it perfect for people with allergies, dietary restrictions or whatever else <3
