flour-tortillas

flour-tortillas

I'm not much of a baker, but baking bread is something that always fascinated me. It's a science, and it can sometimes be difficult. Thanks to my hummus series, I challenged myself to work on my bread making skills, and slowly but surely I'm on my way to becoming a pro. Because I'm not so experienced with baking, I usually "borrow" or take inspiration from people who are much better than me. Most of the time, it's my good friend and amazing baker @bengingi–if his website has a bread recipe I'm looking for, I'm choosing it over anybody else's! That's where I got this fresh flour tortilla recipe, of course!
