oreo-mooncakes

Mid-Autumn festival is on Sept 29th this year. 中秋快乐! This is probably one of my easiest recipes… the only tricky part is getting a mooncake mold. It tastes almost exactly like an ice cream sandwich... I may have actually accidentally discovered the recipe for ice cream sandwiches. Two ingredients. Oreos and Milk. Choose your favorite Oreos. I would NOT recommend the lemon, but I did like having two colors of dough for the fun patterns. Maybe just go with uh-oh Oreos.
