All you’ll need is about 1 kilo of fermented and dried cacao beans, a fan, food processor, conching machine, cocoa butter, sugar, one poly carbonate chocolate bar mold, and about 24-30 hours. It’s really that simple!

60 g cacao butter, melted + cooled to ~100F
350 g granulated white sugar, preferably superfine
