Итальянцы делают её с сырыми яйцами и фисташками, американцы с маршмеллоу, португальцы c ликёром или ромом. Неизменными ингредиентами остаются лишь печенья, много шоколада и масло, а для приготовления не нужно практически ничего кроме рук, миски и лопатки. ⠀ У меня для вас фьюжн классического советского варианта с Юбилейным печеньем и какао Золотой Ярлык, но в качестве основы я возьму горький шоколад, а для начинки использую кешью.
