One of my all time favorite weekday meal preps! I’ve had soooo many clients and members in The Path add this one to their weekly rotation! It’s soooo good and you can just keep veggies and beef in the freezer at all times and all the sauce ingredients are pantry friendly for years. It’s so practical and yummy.

Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef
5 large carrots, sliced
2 bunches broccoli or one large head, cut into florets
