milky-ube-pudding

milky-ube-pudding

Make this deliciously pretty Filipino dessert! This Milk Ube Pudding recipe has a resemblance of the famous Ube Custard Dessert. Crushing or grinding them isn't the typical method. It's a sweet concoction of coconut milk and sugar. For sweetness, some people add honey, condensed milk, or anything else. They're typically eaten as sweets or as a light snack. Due to their unique hue, we also use them to color baked goods like "Ube Bars," pandesal, glutinous rice cakes, and a plethora of others. There is no cooking experience required for this recipe and  no need to use the stove or oven. They can be pounded to a pulp if you like. You can use a blender.
