Inspired by @carolinagelen amazing Schnitzel Latke Recipe. Sandwich Review: The overall flavour combinations of the sandwich were fantastic, however the structural integrity and ingredient distribution was questionable. The Schnitzel Latke is the star of the show and all the topping were great additions, however it’s best eaten with a fork and nice, adding toppings of choice to each bite.
